TUMBLR WHAT SHOULD I READ?

Pick a number (or numbers!) between 1 and 277.

Those are all the single non-series books I have on my kindle.

You pick a number, I add it to the list to read, and I’ll read them in that order. I will also have regular library books thrown in there when I get them. I don’t care who you are, just throw numbers my way.

Numbers picked already:

  • 3. 5 people who died during sex and other tasteless lists - Karl Shaw
  • 195. The Queen’s Pawn - Christy English

So pick some numbers?

Possibly going into town tomorrow for cat food and lunch.

I bought Fangirl the other week (when it was on sale, dang, I bought 2 books for under $8 then and it’s $9 all on it’s on now) so think I’m going to read that until I can get all my new books on my kindle and can get a list made.

It has great reviews so I’m excited to start it.

Sooo….

where are good places to download ebooks?

I know of Bookos.org and mobilism.org but bookos has that 10 a day limit unless I donate (and I’m too broke for that) and mobilism makes me jump through fucking hoops for some of those downloads.

Like, these are only books I’m only gonna read once (and will put on my amazon wish list if they are so good I want to read them more than once), so think of it like I’m borrowing them from the library (but my library sucks ass).

Alright, finished my book, and the Fairy Tale books by Cameron Jace are still good (even if Axel and Fable are annoying as hell), am now cleaning up my kindle, removing the books I’ve read, making sure they are added to my read list over at GoodReads, then I get to add books.

Bet Me by Jennifer Crusie

Minerva Dobbs knows that happily-ever-after is a fairy tale, especially with a man who asked her to dinner to win a bet. Even if he is gorgeous and successful Calvin Morrisey. Cal knows commitment is impossible, especially with a woman as cranky as Min Dobbs. Even if she does wear great shoes and keeps him on his toes. When they say good-bye at the end of their evening, they cut their losses and agree never to see each other again.

But Fate has other plans, and it’s not long before Min and Cal meet again. Soon, they’re dealing with a jealous ex-boyfriend, Krispy Kreme donuts, a determined psychologist, chaos theory, a freakishly intelligent cat, Chicken Marsala, and more risky propositions than either of them ever dreamed of. Including the biggest gamble of all—true love.

This is one of my FAVORITE BOOKS.

I will read this forever and ever.

See…Min, Min is fat. Maybe not like super death fat but sized 18+, and she finds love WITHOUT CHANGING WHO SHE IS. She does NOT lose weight at all despite pressure from family to do so. Yes there is talk of diet in the beginning from her (only because family) but this dude, this hot, sculpted, dude, talks her out of her diet. He feeds her donuts and hot dogs, food she told herself not to eat because of the fat content and stuff.

And it’s just a fun book about a fat babe getting what she deserves.
